In 2004 Christina and Brad Cowherd returned from living abroad to their hometown, College Park. Christina, committed to creating a place good for the mind, body and soul opened Infusion Tea. Known for it's organic fare and exquisite teas, Infusion Tea quickly became a hangout for locals and has drawn local and national press.
Increasingly interested in exquisite organic fare, Christina helped start the local convivum of the Slow Food Movement.
As Central Florida became increasingly entranced with Infusion Tea and organic food, Infusion Tea began catering small parties, then larger events.
Now Organica, an Infusion Tea Company, caters Central Florida's events where food matters, large and small.
